TeraCule is developing advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI servers, high-density racks, and next-generation data center infrastructure. They are seeking a hands-on technical expert to support North American customers through evaluation, validation, integration, and deployment of liquid cooling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical interface for North American customers during evaluation, design-in, validation, and deployment of liquid cooling solutions
- Support customer discussions involving CDUs, facility water connections, secondary cooling loops, cold plates, manifolds, quick disconnects, hoses, pumps, filters, heat exchangers, and rack-level cooling architecture
- Identify integration risks before customer design freeze, including pressure drop, flow imbalance, air entrapment, contamination, leakage, coolant compatibility, pump/CDU operating points, and serviceability concerns
- Review and support customer test plans, validation procedures, commissioning requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze lab and customer data, including flow rate, pressure drop, temperature, coolant condition, pump curves, CDU operating conditions, and cold plate thermal performance
- Support technical roadshows, design reviews, and customer-facing presentations for cold plates, CDUs, and rack-level liquid cooling systems
- Translate customer feedback and field issues into clear engineering actions for product, process, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Work closely with Taiwan/Asia-based engineering and manufacturing teams to support issue resolution and customer deployment
- Develop technical documentation, application notes, troubleshooting guides, test reports, installation guidelines, and customer-facing engineering material
- Travel to customer sites, labs, manufacturing partners, and industry events as needed
