Nesco Resource is seeking a client-focused Salesforce Engineer to join their growing consulting team. This role involves solving business problems and delivering practical Salesforce solutions while working directly with clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions for client environments
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions
- Participate in team-based project delivery alongside project managers, business analysts, architects, and developers
- Support both implementation projects and ongoing managed services engagements
- Optimize and extend existing Salesforce environments
- Coordinate with technical specialists when complex requirements arise
- Deliver high-quality client service in a consulting-oriented environment
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of Salesforce experience
- Prior consulting or service-based experience required (not solely internal corporate Salesforce support)
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with: Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with: Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience with: CPQ and/or quoting solutions
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a matrixed team environment
- Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following industries is highly valued: Manufacturing
- Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following industries is highly valued: Distribution
- Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following industries is highly valued: Financial services (especially credit unions or mid-sized banks)
- Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following industries is highly valued: Healthcare payer / insurance
- Salesforce certifications are welcomed, but practical experience and consulting capability are valued more heavily than certification count alone
