DevOps Engineer

SoTalent is a leading organization in AI innovation, dedicated to advancing the intelligence and safety of large language models. They are currently seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help improve AI models by designing and evaluating complex programming scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Create and solve programming and computer science problems to train and enhance AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and quality
• Rank outputs based on efficiency and accuracy
• Provide clear, constructive, and detailed feedback to refine model responses
• Contribute to improving AI understanding of complex coding logic and problem-solving techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Fluency in both Spanish and English with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
• Strong technical writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and documentation standards in both languages
• 1+ year of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
• Practical experience working on real-world programming challenges
