About this role
Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help secure a massive hybrid ecosystem spanning 30,000+ physical sites and complex multi-cloud environments. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on automation, AI-driven security operations, cloud engineering, and enterprise-scale threat detection.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated compliance and hardening controls aligned to CIS and NIST frameworks
- Secure hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem data centers and AWS/Azure/GCP environments
- Build and manage secure connectivity between cloud and on-prem systems using Transit Gateways and Service Mesh technologies
- Partner with Fraud and SOC teams to enhance threat detection, SIEM integrations, and SOAR automation
- Support Purple Team exercises and security efficacy testing across enterprise tenants
- Develop AI/ML security guardrails to protect Databricks pipelines and LLM-integrated applications
- Drive hyper-automation initiatives that reduce manual security operations through autonomous remediation workflows
- Identify and govern “Shadow AI” usage across the enterprise
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity Engineering with strong cloud/hybrid infrastructure experience
- Hands-on experience securing large-scale enterprise environments with 10,000+ workloads
- Strong automation mindset with experience treating security as code
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to solve operational or security scaling challenges
- Ability to explain complex AI-driven security decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- US Citizen or Green Card holder required
- Ability to pass background, drug, and credit screening
- Clearance eligibility required
