Atos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer to design, build, and scale solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to support sales operations and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions on Salesforce aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation strategies
- Lead design reviews and provide guidance on platform best practices
- Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations
- Optimize and refactor existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware
- Work with external systems (ERP, data platforms, third-party services)
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations
- Configure and extend core Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasting)
- Implement automation using Flow, approval processes, and validation rules
- Support advanced use cases such as territory management, CPQ integrations, and pipeline analytics
- Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Copado, or Jenkins
- Champion automated testing (unit, integration) and high code coverage
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales Ops, and UX teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Act as a technical leader during critical initiatives and incident resolution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud data model and functionality
- Strong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Experience with version control systems (Git-based) and CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and platform events
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to large-scale data volumes and performance optimization strategies
