Coblr is a SaaS platform connecting repair providers and fashion brands to support the repair economy. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to convert prospects into active customers through outreach and relationship building in key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work through our existing pipeline of repair provider prospects via outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Canvass target markets in person — walk into repair shops, introduce Coblr, and build rapport with shop owners on their turf
- Travel to key markets (LA, SF, Austin, NY/NJ, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and others) to prospect and build relationships with repair providers in priority regions
- Run product demos (virtual and in-person) tailored to each shop's workflow and pain points
- Manage and move deals through the pipeline with urgency, shortening our current sales cycle
- Close new repair shop partners and hand off cleanly to our onboarding/success team
- Track activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
- Share frontline insights on objections, competitor mentions, and feature requests to help us refine our go-to-market
Requirements:
- Experience in SMB or mid-market SaaS sales, ideally selling to small business owners or operators
- Comfortable running the full cycle: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, closing
- Strong phone presence — many of our prospects are busy shop owners who prefer a quick call over email
- Energized by in-person selling and not afraid to walk into a shop cold and start a conversation
- Willing to travel to key markets for in-person prospecting sprints
- Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and time without heavy oversight
- Bonus: familiarity with vertical SaaS, payments, or the fashion/retail/repair industry
