Senior Full Stack Engineer with a love for skincare

RegimenPro is a women-owned and led ecommerce platform focused on providing medical-grade skincare solutions. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and develop features, maintain existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build, and maintain scalable integrations across our Shopify-based e-commerce, logistics, and account systems, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Build APIs and backend services that connect our mobile app, third-party platforms, and internal tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data, and operations teams to bring a seamless multi-platform experience to life
• Ship high-quality, maintainable code and continuously improve engineering practices through documentation, code reviews, and refactoring

Requirements:

• Strong Shopify Plus experience (Liquid, Storefront API, Admin API, Functions, App development)
• Frontend development experience (Ruby on Rails, React, modern UI frameworks)
• Backend development in the AWS ecosystem
• Understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development
• Experience with event-driven systems (webhooks, queues, EventBridge, SQS, etc.)
• Comfortable with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
• Good understanding of E-commerce flows: views, orders, carts, payments
• Demonstrated success in a 0→1 setting, ideally in a startup or highly autonomous role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to build trust and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in the skincare or wellness industry is highly valued
• Marketing Automation Tools (Klaviyo, Hubspot)
