Droisys is an innovation technology company focused on helping companies accelerate their digital initiatives. They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance customer service operations and improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced UI/UX
- Work on Apex classes, triggers, and integrations as required
- Configure and manage Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Service Console
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, process builders, flows, and automation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using best practices
- Ensure performance optimization and adherence to Salesforce coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Service Console
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Open to obtaining Security Clearance as required for project needs (Must have)
