Revenue.io is the Salesforce-native Revenue Orchestration Platform that helps high-performing sales teams win from first call to closed-won. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer engagement, help clients achieve business outcomes, and present clear ROI on the value customers receive from their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers achieve business outcomes, not just technology adoption
- Sparking Exploration and improvement with key customer stakeholders
- Present clear ROI on the value customers are currently getting from the Revenue.io platform that align to their mission critical priorities (MCPs)
- Set and drive clear upsell/cross-sell targets and goals with your accounts and Account Executive counterparts
- Own product adoption, grow key relationships and drive engagement with champions of power in all your accounts
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working with Support, Sales, Product, etc
- Understanding the importance of roles in Customer Success and making them successful
- Endlessly curious and wants to understand people, processes, and the why
- Hungry to multi-thread and cross-sell to expand Revenue.io footprint with all customers
- Ability to learn from failures, iterate, and try again without making the same mistake twice
- Customer obsessed and focused on helping clients achieve their results with product-related consulting and insights
- Experience with Salesforce
