Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a new Workday HRIS solution. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workday and experience working with HR business processes, system configuration, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Workday HRIS implementation activities
Configure and maintain Workday functional modules
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Provide post-implementation support and operational assistance
Ensure smooth integration and user adoption of the Workday platform

Required Skills:
Strong functional experience with Workday HRIS
Experience in Workday implementation and support projects
Good understanding of HR processes and workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
