Navigate360 is dedicated to creating a safe environment for students and educators through a comprehensive safety ecosystem. They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define the long-term vision and strategy for a major product domain, ensuring solutions excel independently while enhancing the NavigateOne platform through integrated workflows and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Set Domain Vision & Multi-Year Strategy: Define and own the product strategy for a major domain, aligning enterprise platform, AI, and data investments to durable customer and business outcomes
- Shape NavigateOne Platform Direction: Lead deep integration strategy within the NavigateOne platform–architecting shared case workflows, unified reporting, and cross-domain insights, and partnering with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions
- Own Outcome-Driven, Portfolio-Level Roadmaps: Build and defend strategic roadmaps that balance customer workflow needs, compliance considerations, AI/data initiatives, and revenue growth–making clear, data-informed trade-offs across competing priorities
- Drive Domain P&L and Business Outcomes: Be accountable for adoption, retention, NPS, customer satisfaction, ARR growth, and margin contribution across the product line portfolio–and translate those outcomes into executive narratives
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment at Scale: Orchestrate alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive successful launches, pricing and packaging decisions, and field enablement
- Mentor and Elevate the Product Org: Coach and develop product managers, establish best practices for discovery and delivery, and raise the standard for product craft, writing, and strategic thinking across the team
- Advance Workflow & Analytics Capabilities: Strengthen intervention management systems, case documentation workflows, reporting tools, and analytics that empower educators and administrators–with a clear point of view on the future of these workflows in K–12
- Lead Enterprise Data & AI Strategy: Help define shared data models and AI-driven insights that connect proactive risk mitigation with measurable student and educator outcomes, and set the standard for responsible, explainable AI in the portfolio
- Remain Hands-On Where It Matters: Personally write requirements for the most complex and ambiguous initiatives, lead high-stakes prioritization calls, and ensure disciplined execution from discovery to release
- Monitor Policy, Market, and Competitive Trends: Maintain deep expertise on evolving discipline frameworks, MTSS models, restorative practices, student well-being initiatives, and competitive moves–and convert that signal into strategy
- Engage Strategic Customers and Executives: Partner directly with district superintendents, cabinet-level leaders, and state agency stakeholders to validate roadmap direction, co-create solutions, and represent Navigate360 at industry forums
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning a multi-product domain or major platform area in workflow-centric SaaS–ideally in EdTech, Behavioral Health, GovTech, Healthcare IT, or another mission-driven, regulated technology environment
- Track record of leading product strategy across multi-product ecosystems where shared data models, APIs, and cross-domain workflows are central to the value proposition
- History of owning measurable outcomes–ARR growth, retention, adoption, and margin–for product lines at meaningful scale, and translating product strategy into board- and executive-ready narratives
- Deep passion for applying AI, data, and thoughtful product design to improve school safety, student well-being, and educator effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience setting and delivering multi-year strategic roadmaps tied directly to enterprise growth, platform consolidation, and category leadership
- Sophisticated background in opportunity sizing, customer discovery, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and scaling validated capabilities across customer segments
- Working fluency in privacy, data governance, security, and ethical considerations–particularly within regulated or sensitive environments–and a clear point of view on how to ship trustworthy AI
- Demonstrated ability to align senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and to influence executive leadership decisions on strategy, investment, and prioritization
- Track record of coaching, developing, and elevating other product managers, and of shaping product culture and craft across an organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication–able to translate complex AI, data, and platform concepts into crisp business narratives for boards, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
