Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Director of Product Management will set and execute the product strategy, ensuring that initiatives deliver meaningful business impact while managing cross-functional initiatives and maintaining high-quality delivery across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate customer obsession by delivering solutions that exceed client, patient, and internal stakeholder expectations
- Lead with a bias toward execution, ensuring work progresses efficiently without reliance on constant direction
- Define, maintain, and execute the product and solution roadmap, balancing long‑term vision with near‑term priorities
- Monitor the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning
- Actively identify and adopt new and emerging technologies that improve product outcomes
- Bring hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms and orchestration solutions to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity
- Lead product planning activities and facilitate product forums to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
- Partner with engineering, architecture, legal, marketing, operations, and vendors to deliver market‑ready solutions
- Establish governance, controls, and standardized product operations practices across matrixed teams
- Build feedback loops using metrics and stakeholder input to continuously improve processes
- Develop and maintain program‑level playbooks and product operations frameworks
- Monitor and improve the operating effectiveness of product operations
- Own and support vendor management initiatives, including spend integrity and compliance AI development (requirements definition, vendor evaluation, governance/controls, and measurable outcomes)
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes through executive‑ready updates and presentations
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through education, engagement, and accountability
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of job experience
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred area of study: Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years leading matrix teams in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare
- 5+ years of program or product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution
- Hands-on experience with low-code development or orchestration platforms
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Exposure to vendor management, spend integrity/compliance, and applied analytics/AI solutions supporting financial controls
- Proven ability to lead initiatives with impact across multiple business units
