Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and information technology teams. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting system configuration, performing quality assurance testing, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and configuration needs
- Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics to support business objectives
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
- Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes and workflows
- Work with partners to optimize integrations, improve system functionality, and enhance overall performance
- Identify common sources of technical issues, process inefficiencies, or recurring questions
- Communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations to product, technical, and business teams
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reporting, efficiency, and user experience
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and help drive continuous improvement for customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related role
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting testing initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business, technical, and product teams
