Ensure Functional Integrity: Participate in governance forums to represent functional needs and undertake assurance of key deliverables against baselined requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing major technology programs and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and external partners.
Strong technical expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies within an Agile environment, including IT governance and change management.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication, with the skill to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization.
Global awareness and analytical problem-solving skills to adjust approaches based on the impact of decisions across different regions.
