Skyrocket Roaming Travel Services is dedicated to making travel seamless and unforgettable through customized vacations and group adventures. They are seeking a full-time, remote Customer Service Agent to provide excellent customer support, resolve client inquiries, and assist with travel bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer support
• Resolving client inquiries
• Assisting with travel bookings
• Ensuring that each client's needs are effectively met
• Troubleshooting concerns
• Guiding customers through travel options
• Working collaboratively with the team to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional and empathetic customer service
• Proficiency in resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting travel-related concerns
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or customer relationship management tools is a plus
• Passion for travel, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based setting
• Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage
• Additional education or certifications in travel or hospitality preferred
