Engineering Manager, Head of Machine Learning

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform focused on leveraging data and AI to enhance marketing efforts. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead machine learning initiatives, improve product development, enhance team reliability, and foster team growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward
• Through a combination of leadership and technical expertise, improve the pace of execution of the team
• Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members
• Against the uphill battle of high growth/scale, up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene
• Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation

Requirements:

• Experience in leading machine learning efforts
• Strong technical expertise in product development
• Ability to improve the pace of execution of the team
• Experience in recruiting and growing engineering teams
• Knowledge of reliability practices in high growth/scale environments
• Ability to foster growth and engagement of team members
