Decoda Health is a company focused on transforming healthcare software by creating an AI-powered platform for elective care clinics. They are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to manage the sales funnel, run outbound campaigns, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Own the top of the sales funnel, end to end
- Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels
- Identify and target high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss)
- Craft compelling messaging that elicits responses
- Qualify leads based on meaningful revenue challenges
- Book discovery meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales
