Financial Data Analyst | $70/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to analyze and interpret complex financial data. The role involves utilizing advanced spreadsheet techniques and collaborating with teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to ensure high-quality annotations and data accuracy
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet techniques to organize, validate, and manipulate large datasets
• Label, annotate, and categorize financial data, ensuring consistency and precision
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to share financial insights
• Review and validate financial documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines
• Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Have strong relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Have demonstrated experience with financial data annotation or data labeling
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
