Qualifications

Proven understanding of law and 0 -2 years of experience analyzing legal conflicts
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to synthesize complex information
Experience preparing Legal Documents and working with Contractual Agreements
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases is a plus
Bachelor s degree in law, legal studies, or related field
Experience in regulatory compliance or a corporate legal environment
