Salesforce developer

We are looking for a Salesforce developer to act as our Lead Developer, managing configuration, customization, and critical integrations for an enterprise platform.

Position Details:

• Location: Downtown Columbus, OH
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (5 days a week)
• Interview Process: In-person (for local candidates) / MS Teams (for out-of-state candidates)

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Total IT Experience: 10+ Years in Information Systems (Analysis, Design, & Development)
• Salesforce Platform: 5+ Years of hands-on development/administration (Sales, Service, & Community Clouds)
• Technical Stack: Strong programming skills in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Components, SOQL, Visualforce, and JavaScript
• Automation: Expert in building and maintaining Lightning Flows (converting legacy workflows/process builders)
• Portals: 4+ Years of experience building and managing Salesforce Communities
• Integrations: 3+ Years handling REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs
• Platform Tools: Proficient with Data Loader, Flosum, OwnBackup, or Jitterbit
• Methodology: 5+ Years working in an Agile/SCRUM environment

Preferred & Highly Desired Skills:

• MuleSoft Integration: Experience or knowledge of migrating custom APIs into the MuleSoft Anypoint platform
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer/Administrator or MuleSoft certifications are a major plus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead, conducting code reviews and ensuring platform best practices.
• Convert legacy workflows into modern Lightning Flows.
• Work closely with the Integration Lead to migrate existing APIs into MuleSoft.
• Lead daily scrum meetings and mentor junior development resources.
