Industrial Engineer | Network Optimization

OnTrac is a leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses. The Industrial Engineer will lead network design and optimization initiatives, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while working closely with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end network design and optimization: Own projects from modeling and scenario analysis through implementation
• Develop and maintain optimization models: Build, calibrate, and improve decision‑support models for network performance
• Turn data into improvement: Analyze large datasets to identify inefficiencies and drive actionable, continuous improvements in cost, service levels, and capacity utilization
• Run multiple programs to plan: Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across concurrent initiatives
• Advance tools and communicate with clarity: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies for network optimization, and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior and executive leaders
• Measure what matters: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor network health and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20%
