Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in travel planning, booking travel arrangements, and creating custom travel itineraries
- Customer relationship management, client service, and communication skills to anticipate and address customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with travel industry software and tools, including booking platforms, CRM systems, and online travel resources
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to upsell travel packages and build long-term customer loyalty
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A passion for travel and cultural exploration, with a focus on creating meaningful client experiences
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage, along with a bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
