TeamBradley, Inc. is a global leader in premium plumbing products and systems, seeking a strategic specification sales professional to manage the New York Metro market. The role involves engaging with architects, developers, and engineers to influence project specifications and build strong relationships in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engaging architects, developers, interior designers, and engineers to get plumbing product written into project specifications at the earliest design stages
- Building and managing a robust project pipeline from concept through construction across the New York Metro market
- Delivering CEU presentations and technical education sessions to A&D stakeholders to drive product awareness and adoption
- Partnering with distributors, wholesalers, and showrooms to align specifications with channel execution and convert specs into orders
- Maintaining accurate CRM data on projects, contacts, and activity to support territory planning and pipeline visibility
- Gathering market intelligence on competitive activity and project trends to inform strategic territory planning
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven experience in specification sales or A&D engagement, you know how to influence decisions at the design phase, not just the purchasing phase
- Comfortable with a consultative, technical sell that requires overcoming systemic objections (this is not a brand-switch conversation, it is a delivery-system change)
- Experienced in working with architects, developers, and engineering consultants throughout the full construction lifecycle
- Based in the New York Metro area and comfortable with up to 50% field travel within the territory
