Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment of software solutions to clients
• Ensuring timely and successful project implementation
• Managing project timelines
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Identifying and resolving issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and resolve implementation challenges
• Experience in Project Implementation and Software Implementation
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing Customer Satisfaction during project delivery
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in health systems or clinical documentation improvement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
