RVI is looking for a sharp, organized, and tech-forward operator to serve as the connective tissue between clients and the internal team. The role involves managing the client experience from onboarding through delivery, overseeing project execution, and leveraging AI tools and automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact from kickoff through ongoing engagement
- Run onboarding calls, gather requirements, and document everything cleanly
- Maintain proactive communication — clients should never have to chase us
- Spot upsell, retention, and referral opportunities and flag them
- Resolve questions and escalations with diplomacy and speed
- Own timelines, deliverables, and team assignments across multiple accounts
- Break scopes into clear, trackable tasks with owners and deadlines
- Run check-ins to keep the team aligned and unblocked
- Surface risks early and keep things moving toward delivery
- Maintain SOPs, project docs, and client-facing status updates
- Operate and optimize GoHighLevel: pipelines, automations, follow-ups, CRM hygiene
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make) to streamline repetitive work
- Build prompt-driven workflows that turn raw inputs into polished outputs
- Spot manual processes and convert them into automations
- Generate and deliver regular client reports on performance and KPIs
- Pull data from GoHighLevel and package it into clear summaries
- Translate raw numbers into a story clients understand and act on
- Build dashboards and recurring reporting cadences
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a client-facing role: account management, customer success, project management
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel — pipelines, automations, workflows, reporting. Non-negotiable
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily work
- Strong project management instincts: you naturally break work down, set deadlines, follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, warm, professional
- Highly organized; you'd rather have a system than rely on memory
- Experience with marketing agencies, lead-gen, or B2B service providers
- Familiarity with automation tools: Zapier, Make, n8n
- Experience writing prompts or building AI-assisted workflows
- Comfort with light data work (Sheets, Airtable, basic dashboards)
- Experience with PM tools: ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday
