Senior Business Consultant - Global Analytics

Veeva Systems is building an industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and business consulting. The Senior Business Consultant will lead customer projects in the Global Analytics Practice, transforming operating models and organizational processes through technology, data, and AI. The role includes managing consulting teams, developing proposals, solving strategic challenges, and delivering analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Global Analytics practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed
• A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
