QLM Search is partnering with a specialist ingredients group seeking a Senior Sales Manager/Senior Key Account Manager. The role is crucial for delivering the company's 5-year commercial strategy in the plant-based ingredient portfolio, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Leader / KAM within the B2B Food Ingredients
- Experience in Plant based Ingredients (non-negotiable category)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Coaching skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients
- Track record of driving growth through effective implementation
