Yendo is a company focused on empowering individuals to achieve a stronger financial future through innovative credit solutions. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will execute lifecycle marketing strategies by building and shipping campaigns across various channels, ensuring precision and quality in execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app - including segment setup, template build, journey configuration, scheduling, and send
- Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns: copy in templates, dynamic content wired up, audiences targeted correctly, links tagged, QA complete
- Configure and launch A/B tests against hypotheses; pull results, summarize learnings, and recommend the winning variant
- Own the lifecycle calendar - keep evergreen journeys running, schedule one-off sends, prevent collisions, and surface gaps
- QA every campaign before send: render testing across clients, link checks, personalization token validation, audience size sanity checks, and suppression logic
- Build and maintain audience segments in Iterable using behavioral, funnel-stage, and propensity (P2C) data piped in from Snowflake
- Pull weekly campaign performance reports (opens, clicks, conversion, revenue) and flag anomalies or wins worth scaling
- Partner with Design on creative briefs, with Growth Analytics on segmentation pulls, and with MarTech on data plumbing and deliverability
- Use AI tools to accelerate copy drafts, variant generation, and QA - we expect this person to have a strong bias to action, constantly shipping
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on lifecycle / CRM / email marketing experience at a consumer brand - fintech, e-commerce, or subscription preferred
- Deep, in-the-tool fluency with at least one major ESP (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo). You can build a journey, set up a dynamic content block, and configure an A/B test without a manual open
- Strong execution chops: you're known for shipping campaigns that go out clean, on time, with zero embarrassing mistakes
- Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn quickly is a huge plus
- Copywriting ability: you can take a brief and turn it into subject lines, body copy, and SMS variants that sound like Yendo and convert
- Detail-obsessed. You'd rather delay a send by an hour than ship a broken link or a wrong dynamic token
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where the brief might shift midweek
- Bonus: experience with Iterable specifically, with consumer fintech or credit products, with deliverability fundamentals, or with AI-assisted marketing workflows
