The Juice Plus+ Company is a multimillion-dollar competitor in the health and wellness industry, and they are seeking a Manager, Global Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness and consumer demand across multiple markets, while amplifying the company's charitable commitments through impactful marketing and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, line extensions, and promotional activity across US markets
- Create compelling product narratives and messaging that resonate with both Partners and end consumers
- Work closely with R&D and Category Management to ensure all marketing content is scientifically accurate, compliant, and on brand
- Support the EMEA Marketing Activation Director in the localization and activation of global campaigns across EMEA markets, ensuring brand consistency while allowing for regional relevance
- Develop Partner-facing sales tools, training materials, and product education content that clearly communicate the company and product value proposition, protecting the Juice Plus+ brand across our Partner network
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop and deliver co-branded campaigns and activations that authentically connect the company's products and mission to its charitable partnerships
- Create compelling content and communications that bring the company's charitable commitments to life for Partners, consumers, and wider audiences
- Identify opportunities to elevate the company's social impact profile through creative and purposeful marketing activity
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of progressive product marketing experience, within wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or health supplements
- Experience working across global or multi-market environments, with an understanding of localization and regional marketing activation
- Background in direct selling / network marketing is highly desirable, with an understanding of Partner engagement and experience of developing sales enablement tools and training content
- Track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in health and wellness marketing
