Noxus is seeking its first Senior Brand Designer to own the visual surface of the company. This role involves developing the brand direction, creating marketing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Codify and evolve the Noxus visual system: typography, color, grid, photographic and illustrative treatment, iconography, motion principles
- Hold the line against drift across every surface, freelancer, and agency the brand touches
- Build a motion library that ships repeatedly: section transitions, UI demonstrations, agent and workflow visualizations, data viz animation
- Own the video pipeline across founder content, case studies, product demos, and event recaps — produced in-house or through external crews
- Translate platform capability into legible visual artefacts: platform diagrams, architecture explainers, use-case one-pagers, vertical reports (FCA Complaints Report style), gated lead magnets, LinkedIn carousels, data visualizations
- Build modular, durable sales collateral: deck variants for sales, partner, and investor contexts, case studies, battle cards, RFP response templates designed for re-use by AEs without a designer in the loop on every deal
- Partner with marketing and sales to keep brand consistent across every customer-facing surface
