Software Engineer Work-Study Program (No Tech Experience Required) - Bletchley Fellowship

Flatiron School is a leader in the tech industry, offering a work-integrated fellowship program called the Bletchley Fellowship. This program is designed for early-career professionals to transition into software engineering while gaining hands-on experience in AI and Data Science through a paid apprenticeship with employer partners.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Flatiron School’s Software Engineering (full-time) and Data Science (part-time) bootcamp programs
• Contribute to real software projects during a paid apprenticeship with an employer partner
• Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and participate in code reviews
• Build a portfolio of production-level work
• Receive mentorship from experienced engineers and product leaders

Requirements:

• Up to 2+ years of prior work experience (any industry)
• Availability for 40 hours/week
• Successful completion of the Flatiron School Aptitude Assessment
• Candidates with an expressed interest in learning new technologies
• Candidates excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a structured environment
