About this role
Position: ServiceNow Architect
Locations: Remote
Duration: 12+Months with possible extensions
Requirements:
- Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential along with CAD, CSA, or a minimum of two CIS certifications preferred.
- 10 or more years of experience spanning enterprise architecture, consulting or professional services, and large-scale platform implementations.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end ServiceNow programs from architecture through adoption across four or more modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps.
- Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks, integration patterns including API and event-driven architectures, and modern cloud application design.
- Demonstrated experience establishing platform governance models and communicating effectively with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
