VMware Engineer

• Provide day-to-day operational support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments, including administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support Omnissa Horizon VDI environment, including user connectivity, session performance, and pool management.
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of virtualization platforms.
• Collaborate with storage, network, and security teams during incidents and maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to ensure consistent support processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Horizon VDI environments.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and related technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex virtualization issues.
• Knowledge of operational processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
