The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of internal IT projects, ensuring they are prioritized and delivered in alignment with business objectives while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of internal Information Technology projects that support scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives
- Lead internal IT projects through the full lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closeout
- Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and planning activities in partnership with IT leadership and business stakeholders
- Partner with IT leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define scope, success criteria, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Establish and maintain project governance practices, including status cadence, decision tracking, escalation paths, and stakeholder accountability
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, and required project documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Monitor project progress, manage scope, track milestones, and proactively resolve risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget
- Provide regular executive and stakeholder reporting on project health, delivery timelines, risks, decisions, resource constraints, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and communication
- Support deployment of IT solutions, systems, automation capabilities, process improvements, and operational enhancements in partnership with technical teams
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption planning, and post-implementation review
- Develop and refine project management methodology, governance processes, templates, and standard operating documentation
- Lead lessons-learned activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, streamline processes, increase transparency, and enhance operational maturity

Requirements:
- Advanced project management skills with proven ability to define objectives, manage scope, schedule resources, track timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing multiple IT projects, priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
- Experience with project governance, portfolio reporting, project intake, prioritization, and executive-level status communication
- Broad understanding of information technology disciplines, including IT operations, service management, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, automation, and end-user services
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and coordinating resources across IT, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, vendors, and business teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to engage technical resources, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience using project metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to communicate project health, delivery progress, risks, and resource constraints
- Familiarity with change management practices, adoption planning, stakeholder readiness, and post-implementation review
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and competing priorities
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience managing information technology projects
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent project management, agile, or IT service management certifications
