HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a backend-focused Full Stack Engineer with strong API development experience and hands-on exposure to Contact Center platforms. This role focuses on building scalable middle-tier services, integrations, and backend systems supporting enterprise contact center applications.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance backend & middleware services for Contact Center platforms
- Develop APIs from scratch (not just API consumption)
- Integrate contact center systems with internal enterprise applications
- Work on scalable, high-performance service architecture
- Implement IaC and follow DevOps-driven development
- Collaborate with frontend, platform, and CX teams
Requirements:
- Backend development: TypeScript, Python, JavaScript
- Strong API development (designing & building from scratch REST/event-driven)
- Contact Center platform experience (Genesys preferred / CCaaS / UC platforms)
- Middleware / middle-tier services development
- Integration experience across multiple enterprise systems
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform, CloudFormation, etc
- DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
- Scalable, service-oriented / microservices architecture
- Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage experience
- Event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with customer experience (CX) systems
