Enablx is a customer solutions provider focused on enhancing customer experiences through technology and support. They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers by answering inquiries, providing product support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Offer product guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
- Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams
- Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
- Document feedback, recurring issues, and customer suggestions
- Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
- Ensure positive and informed customer experience every time
- Stay up to date on product features and policies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- A quiet workspace
- Ability to remain patient and composed during challenging or stressful interactions
- Applicants must provide their own computer with Windows 11
- A reliable high speed internet connection is essential for this remote position
- Previous remote customer service experience preferred
- Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)
