Arch is a startup that powers frontline industries with advanced AI, transforming the $800B US frontline-services sector. They are seeking a Founding GTM to build their go-to-market engine, working closely with the CEO and other core team members to generate qualified pipeline and shape product priorities.
Responsibilities:
- You will work directly with the CEO and be a core builder of our go-to-market engine
- You'll cold call 50 prospects on a Monday, build outbound sequences on Tuesday, and knock on doors at contractor offices on Wednesday
- A few times a year you'll crush it at an industry trade show and draft follow-up sequences on the plane home
- There is no SDR handing you leads. There is no inbound queue
- Your role will shift and grow fast
- You own the pipeline first
- Then you will start closing alongside the CEO, then take the wheel yourself
- You become the voice of the customer and directly shape product priorities
- You have the fire
- You consistently generate qualified pipeline through your own outbound
- You are hungry and hands-on
- You do what needs to get done to win
- You close early customers and expand them
- You're not just closing deals
- You're building the sales machine: ICP clarity, messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, and win-loss notes
