About this role
Synergistic Strategic Solutions (SSS) is seeking volunteer Project Managers for their HBCU initiatives focused on AI micro-internships and fellowships. The role involves designing and managing projects that create paid, skill-based opportunities for HBCU students and alumni, while collaborating with C-Suite leaders to build a pipeline of talent and contribute to Black economic infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, structured, high-impact Parker Dewey and volunteer project descriptions
- Align projects with AI, research, operations, and ecosystem development goals
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of intern-ready opportunities each quarter
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure projects feed into the long-term strategy
- Track project outcomes and refine for scale
Requirements:
- You are unable to provide 10 to 15 hrs per week, required per month or per quarter
- You do not have the flexibility to meet via Zoom 3 to 4 times in a 7-day work week
- You are not U.S. based

- You are not a HBCU graduate
