They are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to lead the channel, reseller, and distribution marketing strategy across North America, focusing on driving pipeline and revenue through collaboration with sales leadership and distributor partners.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the regional channel and distribution marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of:
- Senior Field Marketing Managers (reseller and field execution)
- Distribution Marketing Manager (distributor-led programs)
- Set clear priorities, focus areas, and KPIs across resellers, distributors, and regions
- Act as the primary marketing leader for the partner go-to-market motion in North America
- Define the reseller and distributor marketing approach, including:
- Partner segmentation and prioritization
- Investment strategy across top partners and distributors
- Work closely with distributor partners (e.g. Climb Channel Solutions) to:
- Recruit new resellers
- Scale partner-led demand generation
- Drive end-customer demand through distribution
- Ensure alignment between distributor programs and reseller activation
- Partner with sales leadership, AEs, and CAMs to align marketing to:
- Territory plans
- Named accounts
- Partner growth objectives
- Drive a consistent planning cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, account planning)
- Ensure marketing is fully embedded in sell-to and sell-through motions
- Own regional marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue targets
- Oversee development and execution of:
- Account-based and partner-based programs
- Reseller-led campaigns and events
- Distributor-led demand generation initiatives
- Ensure strong focus on pipeline creation, progression, and deal acceleration
- Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks across all programs
- Track and report on:
- Pipeline contribution
- Partner performance
- Program ROI
- Optimize investment across resellers, distributors, and programs based on performance
- Oversee regional budget allocation, including MDF and co-marketing spend
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in field, channel, or partner marketing roles, with leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through reseller and distributor models
- Strong experience working with distributors and indirect sales ecosystems
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Deep understanding of hybrid go-to-market models (direct + channel + distribution)
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership, AEs, and CAMs
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning or influencing pipeline targets
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner-led demand generation
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and marketing performance tracking
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
