Collibra is at a technological inflection point, moving beyond traditional SaaS administration toward a future where AI-driven automation is the backbone of their People Strategy. As the Senior Manager of People Technology, you will be responsible for designing an AI-First People Technology ecosystem and leading a global team to integrate intelligent automation into workflows to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and orchestrating a forward-looking technology roadmap with AI at its center, including leading rigorous build-vs-buy decisions
- Acting as a lead consultant to People & Places leadership by translating HR technology initiatives into clear business value and executive-ready messaging
- Systematically eliminating manual work through AI and Workato iPaaS integrations across Talent Acquisition, Finance/Payroll, and IT
- Overseeing the administration, security, and data integrity of Workday, Greenhouse, and Peakon to ensure they feed high-quality data into our systems of intelligence
- Managing a team of two (with growth potential), leading vendor QBRs, and owning the end-to-end lifecycle of system updates and change management
