Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)

Talent Recruit is a global SaaS engineering organization focused on building and scaling modern cloud-native infrastructure and reliability platforms. They are seeking a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure and platform systems.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure and platform systems
• AWS cloud infrastructure (VPC, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, RDS)
• CI/CD pipeline automation (Jenkins, Argo CD, GitLab CI, CodeBuild)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Observability and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Site Reliability Engineering practices including incident response, automation, and self-healing systems
• Platform reliability, scalability, and DevOps standardization across global teams

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Strong Linux, networking, and distributed systems knowledge
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Shell)
• Strong troubleshooting, system design, and production support skills
• Must be based in the United States (fully remote role)
• US Green Card or US Citizenship required (no sponsorship available)
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese required for collaboration with offshore engineering teams
• Preferred origin: China, Taiwan, Malaysia, or Singapore
