Oracle is a leading company in AI and cloud solutions that impact billions of lives. They are seeking a Data Center Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end execution of various data center infrastructure projects while effectively engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of build, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience working in a cloud infrastructure environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent internal platforms)
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, or related leadership roles
- Proven program delivery experience in cloud infrastructure, database modernization, or large-scale enterprise migration projects
- Cross-geography experience, coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Technical credibility: familiarity with Oracle Exadata, OCI, Autonomous DB, AWS, or hybrid cloud is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, including delivering executive updates and leading workshops
