We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in manual and automated testing for web and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in Functional, Regression, Accessibility, API, Performance, and UAT testing across multiple platforms and devices.

Required Skills:

6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in QA Testing
Experience with Smoke, Regression, Accessibility, Performance, and API Testing
Hands-on experience with accessibility tools such as JAWS, NVDA, and AXE
Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Confluence, DevOps, and test management tools
Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC methodologies
Experience with automation testing tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
