ServiceMac is a new sub-servicing entity focused on providing technology and services for the mortgage and real estate industries. The Associate Business Analyst will drive process improvement, document business processes, and work with business partners to create necessary documentation and oversee projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers information and data on business process and procedures
- Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes
- Works with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Generates standard reports. Reviews and audits information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically less than one year of directly related experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Standard MS skill set
