GTM Revenue Operations Lead

Blossom Health is a company dedicated to addressing the mental health epidemic in America through an AI-native care platform. The GTM Revenue Operations Lead will define success in the field-sales motion, collaborating closely with the founder and various teams to build commission plans, manage territories, and enhance CRM infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Operate at the intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy to scale the field-sales motion
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
• Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems
• Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out
