Senior AI Experience Designer (AIXD)

SportsBiz is transforming the sports sponsorship ecosystem through their AI-powered decision-making and analytics platform, DeepSport Solutions. They are seeking a Senior AI Experience Designer to define and drive the design strategy across their products, collaborating closely with various teams and championing creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a unified design strategy across SportsBiz products—current and future
• Deliver pixel-perfect, world-class UI that elevates our brand and strengthens user trust deploying Claude Design, Figma Make, Canva AI, and Google's Stich, to name a few, as vital daily tools
• Establish scalable frameworks, design systems, and reusable components
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and the Executive Team
• Translate complex data into elegant, intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Guide engineers through UX thinking and best practices
• Promote rapid iteration, user-centered research, and thoughtful experimentation
• Mentor and inspire a growing team of designers
• Align design decisions with brand strategy, product value, and business goals
