Eden Prescott is partnering with a leading company in the Voice AI space, focused on developing advanced AI-powered voice systems. They are seeking a highly experienced QA Engineer / QA Lead to enhance and scale their QA, testing, and observability capabilities, ensuring high-quality voice experiences for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current QA processes, tooling, workflows, and operational maturity
- Assess conversational testing methodologies and reliability standards
- Review observability, monitoring, logging, and debugging capabilities
- Analyze iteration loops between engineering, product, and QA
- Identify bottlenecks impacting deployment quality, speed, and customer experience
- Deliver a clear assessment of gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design a roadmap for scaling QA and reliability capabilities
- Recommend best practices for Voice AI testing and evaluation frameworks
- Advise on QA organizational structure and hiring needs
- Help establish scalable QA processes for rapid product iteration
- Improve operational rigor around production testing and release quality
- Partner with leadership on long-term quality and reliability strategy
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, QA Engineering, or Reliability Engineering
- Strong engineering background with the ability to communicate deeply with technical teams
- Deep expertise in Voice AI, conversational AI, speech systems
- Experience building or scaling QA functions for high-growth technology companies
- Strong understanding of observability, testing frameworks, monitoring, and production reliability
- Experience evaluating conversational quality, latency, edge cases, and AI system behavior
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience at leading Voice AI or conversational AI companies
- Experience with LLM evaluation systems, prompt testing, and conversational performance analysis
