Attribution is a multi-touch attribution platform trusted by over 1,000 companies, solving the marketing measurement problem with a user-level tracking approach. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to build and own their channel partner program, focusing on recruiting and activating partners, representing the company at industry events, and building relationships within the marketing measurement space.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and activate channel partners across three categories: marketing agencies, marketing/analytics consultants, and technology/platform partners (CDPs, CRMs, ad tech, ecommerce platforms) including Twilio Segment, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Own the full partner lifecycle from first conversation through co-selling and ongoing enablement
- Represent Attribution at industry conferences, partner events, meetups, and trade shows. Expect roughly 25-40% travel
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with agency leaders, consultants, and partner business development counterparts
- Run partner enablement: product demos, training sessions, co-branded content, and joint webinars
- Source qualified pipeline through partner referrals and co-marketing motions, and partner with our AE team to close
- Evangelize Attribution publicly. Speak on panels, host dinners at conferences, post on LinkedIn, and become a recognizable voice in the marketing measurement space
- Bring market intelligence back to the team: what partners are hearing, where competitors are winning, what the next opportunity looks like
- Help shape the partner program itself, including tiers, incentives, deal registration, and co-marketing investment
