AVP, Business Analysis

Alloya Corporate FCU is seeking an AVP, Business Analysis to join their Solution Services team to provide strategic leadership that bridges business vision and technology execution. This role is responsible for supporting enterprise business analysis functions for internal software development initiatives, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized and aligned with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and business analysis excellence
• Oversee requirements and delivery assignment
• Partner across technology and business units
• Lead and develop the business analysis team
• Drive agile and operational rhythm

Requirements:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in software development environments
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Proven experience supporting internally developed applications (not solely vendor-based systems)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in financial services or another regulated, complex environment (e.g., healthcare)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and backlog management
• Experience with agile or hybrid development environments
• Ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate strategic discussions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar backlog/reporting platforms
