Healthcare M&A Analyst — Technology & AI Focus

Hendon Partners is a boutique M&A advisory firm specializing in healthcare acquisitions. They are seeking an entry-level Healthcare M&A Analyst with a foundation in finance and an interest in technology to support live transactions and improve processes through AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Support live transactions from first outreach through closing
• Gain exposure to how healthcare M&A deals are sourced, structured, and executed
• Dig into how AI tools can improve the way we find, qualify, and communicate with strategic buyers and sellers across the home care space
• Help prototype internal tools and automations that make the deal process sharper
• Bring a fresh perspective to the firm

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, M&A, banking, or a related analytical role
